In my article about Catering sinks I stated how important it was that kitchens and equipment were kept clean, germs can cause customers to be ill which can cause loss of business, reputation and fines… if inspected and found to be too bad you can even be closed down and your business ruined.
Being hygienic around a food place is one of the most important things you can do, that and preparing good healthy food. There are a lot of different ways to clean a kitchen, you may just spray the sides down and clean them with a cloth… this does help, but will not get rid of all the germs in a kitchen.
