The Restaurant & Catering Industry Association has acknowledged and noted six individuals at their yearly Lifetime successes presentation dinner party, nursed on Tuesday 9 March 2010.
The annual grants night, the 7th since the plan was established in 2003, was held at Parliament House in Canberra and was attended to by previous recipients of the award, as well as over fifty MPs.
The Lifetime winner plan was established by RCIA to admit those individuals who have made a dedication and donation to the restaurant and catering industry throughout their lives.
The recipients of the awards, and RCIA’s listings of their achievements, were:
VIC – Alla Wolf Tasker

WA – Dawn Davies

QLD – Michel Flores
Michel has spent the past thirty years in Townsville contributing five very contrary styled restaurants into existence, all of which have been privileged by the locals and holidaymakers in the region, while also being accountable for a large number if trainees.
